Contact SaveNova

SaveNova is a privacy-first web utility for validating and preparing publicly accessible social media links. For questions about using the tool, a privacy concern, a correction to a guide, or a legal or copyright inquiry, use the channels below. Email is the only support channel and the only reliable way to reach us.

Reporting a failed download

Most failures are explained by the message itself, and the troubleshooting guide walks through them in order. If a link fails twice with the same message, send these details and leave out the media URL — the reference ID identifies the attempt without sharing third-party content:

  • The platform, for example YouTube or Pinterest.
  • The exact message shown, including the reference ID if one appears.
  • Whether the options list appeared, and which button you pressed.
  • The approximate time of the attempt, with your time zone.
  • What you already tried, so the reply does not repeat it.

Correcting a guide

If a step in one of the guides no longer matches what you see, tell us the article and the step. Documentation that has drifted from the product is a defect, and it will be corrected.

What we cannot help with

  • Password resets, account recovery, or login problems on a social platform.
  • Making a private, deleted, or age-restricted post downloadable.
  • Removing a post from a platform — that platform controls the content.
  • Rights clearance or legal advice about a specific use.

For platform account issues, contact the platform directly. For a post you believe infringes your rights, the copyright page explains why the hosting platform is usually the right first stop.

Before you write
  • SaveNova only processes publicly accessible links and never asks for social media passwords, cookies, or login credentials. Do not send any of those to us.
  • There is no published phone number or postal address; all correspondence is handled by email.
  • We read every message. Response times vary with volume, and we cannot promise a specific turnaround.
  • Privacy questions are answered under the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
