Privacy Policy

No Account Credentials
SaveNova never asks for, collects, or stores your Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube login credentials.
No Private Content Access
We only process publicly accessible URLs submitted directly by users in their browser.
Ephemeral URL Validation
Submitted URLs are inspected in memory to detect the platform and strip tracking parameters—not sold or profiled.
1. Overview
SaveNova (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a web-based utility for validating and preparing publicly accessible media links from supported social platforms. We designed SaveNova with data minimization at its core: you do not need to register an account or provide personal information to use our web interface.
2. Information We Process
- Submitted Public URLs: When you paste a URL and click Download, the URL is sent to our server-side endpoint solely to validate syntax, normalize tracking parameters, and classify the platform.
- Standard Technical Request Metadata: Like all web servers, our infrastructure processes standard HTTP headers (such as browser user-agent and IP address) transiently for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
- No Social Media Credentials: We never ask for or accept social network passwords, session cookies, or OAuth tokens.
3. URL Normalization & Tracking Parameter Removal
Social media share links frequently contain analytics and cross-user tracking parameters (such as igsh, igshid, si, sender_device, and utm_* tags). SaveNova automatically strips these tracking tokens during URL normalization before processing.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
SaveNova does not use invasive cross-site advertising trackers. Any technical cookies or local storage used are strictly limited to essential site functionality and security.
